Hill Farmstead. Fresh or age?

    I just took my first trip to Hill Farmstead. I picked up a bottle of Authur and Anna. Should I drink these fresh? If I age them, do they tend to get more sour? Also, if I age, do I age like a stout in a cool dark place or do I age them in the fridge?
