Hill Farmstead Maple Bourbon Barrels

    Anyone know what will go in the bourbon barrels that recently aged maple syrup? I'm itching with anticipation even though I know whatever is in there will be there for months/years.

    If I had to guess it would probably be a batch of BG&E

    That's what I'm hoping for, though I didn't know they had used maple bourbon barrels previously. If it's an upgrade (or not) I'm pretty excited!

    I would not mind another batch of M&C #1, but BG&E was pretty tasty as well. Probably a toss up between which is better.

    I have no clue, but I did try the syrup yesterday & it's delicious!

    I'm hoping for a maple Damon from the last run of syrup...

    I don't think I've heard what went into the prior batch of barrels of HF Bourbon Barrel Maple syrup, did anyone else? When was that, a year ago or so? The 1st batch of beyond good and evil was brewed with maple syrup, not aged in maple syrup barrels.

    I believe I read that batch two of BG&E was brewed again a few months ago and is currently sitting in barrels so I'm guessing they have something else planned for the barrels
