I work in a bottle shop and a customer just asked me an odd question. He bought the Hof ten Dormaal Barrel-Aged Project Dark Ale No 1, the one aged in Sherry barrels. He said the cork and cage were properly in place, but when he pulled out the cork, the beer had zero carbonation. We've only had these bottles in the shop for about a week and a half. None of us have had a chance to try any of them. Anyone know more about this beer and if zero carbonation is common? Thanks for the info!
