Does anyone have the recipe for Charlie Papazian's Holiday Cheer? I cannot seem to find it anywhere online.
7 lbs plain light malt extract (any brand) 1 lb light honey (clover or alfalfa) 1/2 lb. crystal malt 1/8 lb. black patent malt 2 oz. Cascade hops (boiling) 10 HBU 1/2 oz. Saaz hops (aroma) 1 oz freshly grated ginger root 6-inch stick of cinamon or 3 tsp. ground cinamon grated orange peels from 4 oranges 1-2 pkgs. ale yeast
