Homage Brewing (2021)

    It's been awhile since we've heard anything about the brewery's plans to open a Chinatown location. I think it might have been pre-pandemic since it was last mentioned? Hopefully the Rona hasn't scuttled things for them, it'd be awesome to ping-pong between them and HPB. It would also beat having to drive all the way out to Pomona if I wanted something from the brewery.

    Anyhow, I guess this is a Homage Brewing thread.

    Do you pronounce Homage like a normal person or are you chaotic and say the H?

    I think they posted on their IG a few weeks back moving some equipment into the new location.

    And Homage like a normal person all day

    Chinatown seems to be a few months away. Looking forward to more breweries in the area.

    Outstanding. The only thing that's kept me from frequenting Homage is it's location. With it being in Chinatown, it'll definitely become part of my regular circuit

    I always made it a point to stop by Homage whenever I'm out that way to see a concert at the Glass House, but those instances were few and far between.

    Amazing looking place inside, they really paid attention to detail and avoided the typical "industrial" looking brewery theme. And as always, beers on tap are bangers.

    Although the Chinatown location will be a ways away for me, I cannot wait to make the trip out there and see what they’ve come up with. I’ve always loved their aesthetic and vibes and it sounds like that’ll be carrying through. Here’s also to increased production and availability of their beers, which are world-class IMO. Long love Homage!

    Now let's hope Green Cheek and Monkish open neighboring locations in Chinatown and we'll have a new mecca.
