Ok i live in Panama City, Panama and the temperature here is around 80 to 85°F, sometimes it will get down to like 75 78, but thats not a lot if we are looking for a cool temperature to brew.
Because of this i started brewing Saisons with the wyest 3724 with good results but as you know the 3724 takes a lot of time to ferment and im very limited with the types of beer i can brew.
Some of you might use a swamp cooler in the past and today i found this, it looks awesome, the reviews are great and is not as expensive as a refrigerator(not as precise but) and is an alternative if you have limited resources for homebrewing.

Im leaving the links here so you can take a look at it, i just ordered mine, maybe this can help some homebrewers like me looking for an alternative.

That should work just fine for you. You just need to be conscientious to swap out ice (e.g., frozen water in 2 liter soda bottles) to maintain the proper fermentation temperature.

    Cheers!

The nice advantage of the Brewing Bag over a swamp cooler is that it is dry - you don't need to add any water - just a couple of jars of frozen water.
