I just ran through 15 different homebrews with a buddy trying to find the best entries for a contest. That was a lot of wated beer since we only tasted each. I'm not really happy with any of them. The best of show gets a trip to Sierra Nevada Beer Camp. These are my options: Sour cherry brown RIS with port and oak bourbon barrel sour flanders red None are really true to any style.
