    Yeah, will do. It would involve butternut squash... obviously! I'm good at cooking it as far as eating it goes, we shall see if a beer can be conjured that is worthy of all-grain brewing.

    I think I'm going to let my first all-grain sit for another week (three weeks on primary) because it seemed to get off to a slow start. It's going fine now, but I really don't like to mess with my beers other than opening up to dry hop. I might go ahead and bottle sunday (17 days) but might just toss in a few more dry hops sunday and leave it till next friday or saturday.

    I am finishing a growler of pumpkin stout though, and I crave pumpkin beer! It's fall!! Pumpkin!! :sunglasses:
