Homebrew help in Anaheim

    I believe I have everything SS Brew kettle, to bottle brush just need a person with enough experience to make the first time memorable favorably... My number is 714 779-9373 leave message I will call back asap...

    You might go to a Maltose Falcons meeting in LA.Oldest homebrew club in the nation. Might be a drive for you, but a good return on time and gas.

    Except then he's going have to listen to some know it all spout off for the meeting.

    well that phenomena(?) isn't just reserved for California..sometimes it's the "I know more than you do" meeting but it's a good source of info anyway

    Brewing with someone else is great. Even better if you are observing with another experienced home brewer so they can explain what the current brewer is doing, answer your questions etc.

    My local club has a lot of guys that will invite others over for a brew day via FB event. Usually they'll put a limit on how many can come and just throw an open invitation to the club. There's at least one or two a month I figure.

    Addison Homebrew Provisions in Fullerton ca is a great place. Eric will help you thru your first batch.
    Also the forum on the website is alot of help. I've had great experiences there from the first
