homebrew history

    The OP should contact the local homebrew clubs, and see if there are any members that were brewing before 1978, and ask for their experience.

    I would suggest that the OP contact the AHA directly. I would be surprised if Charlie Papazian himself would not speak to them and answer any questions that he might have.

    I have never personally met Charlie Papazian but from everything I read about him (including three of his books) he sounds like the ultimate Beer Advocate to me.
