    Hello,

Where so you all store your bottles ?
If purchased crates where did you get them from ?

    Thanks

Basement - my house is older and there's an old coal room down there. Where I keep my brewing stuff.

Not really crates but sturdy cardboard boxes that the bottles came in when I bought them.

The colder you can store your beer the better to reduce staling. I keep mine in an old fridge at about 36f and the cold temps really help preserve flavor and freshness.

Kegs. In the attached garage during the cold weather (freezing is not an issue). In the basement bar during the warmer months. Warm weather styles are consumed quickly, so the 65-70 degree basement is not a problem. The heavier beers age at that temp. Someday, I'll spring for 'proper' storage conditions (a dedicated storage freezer), but for now, this works.
