I have an ESB kegged right now and brewing a French Saison this upcoming week. Looking to arrange something in about 3-4 weeks for shipout after the Saison is ready.

The ESB recently won 2nd place in the Hogtown Brewoff competition in FL. 6% abv, 33 IBU.

The Saison is a first time brew, utilizing New Zeland hops and rye malt. Expected to be 5.5% abv, 30 IBU.

I'm looking for some Scottish style ale, Strong Scotch Ale would be a plus. Also would be interested in any Saison, IPA, Brown ale, Porter, Stouts. Let me know if you want to arrange something for 3-4 weeks from now, and also if your beer is proven in competition or experimental recipe.

    Cheers!

I'm also brewing a French Saison this weekend. Don't you think 3-4 weeks is a bit optimistic?

Anyway, I saw your post in a previous thread about trying to set this up. Not sure I'm ready to trade any of my homebrew, but I think it's a cool idea.

    Good Luck!

Sweet, love the style & I especially think some subtle NZ hops will be a nice addition. Hope yours goes well.

3 weeks should be plenty of time. Last time I brewed with WY3711 it had finished attenuating in 5 days and just conditioned for another week and 1/2 before kegging. Add time in for shipping and should be just about right! =)

I just did a MONSTER Saison! Primary for 2 weeks and been in the secondary for 2 weeks. Last time I checked (when racked to secondary) it was 10.1%. Had 3 lbs of Orange Blossom honey in the fermenter. Checking again this weekend to see if its ready to bottle.

I'd be interested in trading a Saison. I have a medal winner but only a few large corked bottles left. So a small trade would work for me.

So, because I thought Midwest was out of Sorachi Ace, I decided to use Wakatu. They had SA in the cooler, but I'm intrigued by the Waktu, and we'll see how it goes. So, I guess we'll both be brewing with some NZ hops
