I committed to attending a conference for work that week, and alas, I do not work in the beer/homebrew industry, so the conference isn't HomebrewCon. But work will take me to the Portland area later in the summer, so maybe I can find a day off that week and explore the beer scene in some way.
I will be there in spirit at least my words will be, they will be presented by someone else though.. wink wink nudge nudge.
Alright, it is 3 days away and I find it hard to believe that @eaglepar3 and I are the only two going this year from all of the BA HB community...
I have a beer in the final round but I'm unable to make it this year. Y'all knock one back for me if it medals.
I'm headed up Wednesday and seminars don't start til late Thursday, looks like I'm gonna be judging the final round...
J if you see two awkward guys in BYO shirts, go introduce yourself...I won't be there but colleagues will. I'll be going next year as it will be in my neighborhood, think our club will be pouring.
