This is sort of an odd request, but here goes. Friends of mine are getting married at Revolution Brewing in Chicago next August. As a wedding gift, my girlfriend and I wanted to come up with a recipe based off of the couple's preferences and try to have Revolution or another local brewery make a small batch for them. Unfortunately, but as I expected, no one was able to do this as the quantity was too low. Since I live in Florida (and also because I'm a really novice homebrewer), I can't really brew anything here and bring it up to the wedding next August. So I was wondering if I could "contract" that out to a homebrewer in the Chicago area. Would this be something anyone would be interested in at all? Obviously there's a ton of time between now and the wedding but I just wanted to get some feelers out there to see if anyone would have the time/interest to assist. Thanks!
