Didn't see this started for this weekend yet . So, who's brewing this weekend of the 10th-12th?
I went to pick up some stuff for a dark German ale this morning. Since it's been a while since I last brewed a batch, I'm almost wanting to brew it this afternoon instead of waiting for tomarrow or Sunday.

I've brewed a pumpkin ale before but never thought of priming it with brown sugar. I may have to give that a try next time.

No brewing for me this weekend. I will be tapping the 10 gallons of beer I made for my buddy's wedding tomorrow. Cleaned my kegs and beer lines last night. The APA I did last Saturday is slowing down and krausen is falling, might think about throwing the dry hops in there this weekend, and kegging up next weekend.

6# hops on truck for delivery:grinning:. Amongst them Pacifica that I have never used. I feel a session IPA coming on.

    Better yet...IPA/Session IPA partigyle...damn I just thought that up...hmmm...

No brews on the docket for me this weekend as well unfortunately. Need to finish up the keg of Kolsch and Honey Porter to free up space.

Doing a German Pils (first lager!), but it appears it won't "taste" like one.

Going 100% floor-malted Weyermann Pils to 1.050 OG plus hopping with Hallertau Blanc, Polaris, Mandarina Bavaria & Huell Melon to 50 IBUs. Should be tasty.

Saturday I am bottling an English Barly Wine. Sunday I'm kegging 10 gallons of Bo-Pils then brewing a Dunkel to ferment on the yeast cake.

Not brewing, but will be getting grain and yeast (already have the 11 ounces of hops I need) in order to brew a Heady Topper clone on January 20th as I have day off for MLK day!

What are you using for yeast? Did you acquire some Conan? Or build up?

Picking up ingredients for my next 3 beers on Sunday. I will be brewing MLK weekend. On deck I have:

Double IPA (A style I love but have never successfully made one that I liked)
    Smoked Oaked Dark Mild
Milk Stout (FG hopefully over 1.030)

I have a few questions regarding smoked malt, if there is anyone here with a lot of experience with it I would like to ask a few questions!

    Cheers!
