Hommage Release/IP Trade in Brussels?

    I'll be in Brussels next week with plans to hit a few of the can't-miss spots (3F, Cantillon, hopefully Kulminator, Moeder Fontainas... I've been looking through the forums and am open to other advice). I saw that Etre listed Hommage for a few minutes before selling out and was curious to know the general availability of the new batch. I would love to pick some up while there.

    Also, I plan to bring over a shipping box and figure that I might as well bring some beer with me to possibly trade. I've got some BCBS, Coffee, Barleywine and one bottle of Backyard Rye that I'd be open to trading, as well as a bottle of Black Tuesday. I'll be in Brussels the 25th through the 29th and would be open to meeting up at Moeder. I'm most interested in gueuze and fruited lambics.

    Another question: I'll be going to Paris by train from Brussels for a few days before returning to Brussels to fly out. Obviously, I'll be doing the bulk of my beer shopping/acquisition in Belgium but would rather not lug 12 bottles of beer to and from Paris if I can avoid it. Are there lockers available at the Midi station or anywhere else?

    There are good-sized lockers at Brussels South (Midi/Zuid), in fact right by the platforms for the Thalys to Paris (3-6, I want to say?). At least they were back there the last time I had to use them (a year ago?). Beware that anything left in a locker for more than a week or so gets taken out and put on shelves in the office. There's a window to reclaim that stuff, or just to ask questions in general, but it might not be staffed all day and all night. Sounds useful for you, though. Have a great trip.

    Hey there! I was at the brewery the day after the release and they had a big ol pallet of the stuff!

    I live in Mons, but I'll be more than happy to hold onto anything if you need it or just meet up for some beers. I'm going back to get a couple more bottles either this weekend or the next. The beer shop is only open Fridays and Saturdays.
