Just had Jester King Biere De Miel for the first time yesterday. Lighter on the honey flavor, but I thought it was fantastic.

Olde Hickory does a few with locally sourced honey from what I understand. At least stouts. And they recently did a collaboration with Appalachian States brewing program called Bee Student. It was alright, but interesting nonetheless.

Guadalupe brewing in New Braunfels, Tx does an excellent honey ale.

Honey is honey, beer is beer:wink:.
The result of malt fermentation - beer..... of honey - mead (Medovuha, rus). Which is better? - KK.
But any additive - inevitable harm. Love honey and beer simultaneously? OK! ...."Shaken, not stirred"

I liked Dundee's Honey Brown, there is also GLBC Chillwave but I think you were looking for good beers with honey  . I don't know if it was the honey that ruined Chillwave or what but Alchemy Hour it was not. Also had I think Sam Adam's Honey Porter it was pretty awful as well. So basically I'm no help at all. I love honey just maybe not in beer.

They also use once removed Event Horizion barrels, which is a BA Stout.
