    Did she have blonde hair?

I wonder if they did sell more to Maine this time? also maybe the daily growler got some more as well this time since it's a colab with them, it did seem to sell out really fast.

As someone who got shut out myself, I don't think they need to change the format at all IMO. Just cut the limit in half, this will allow 2x as many people to get it. You could also allow people to get back at the end of the line for seconds if they really need more than 12 cans that bad. This would go a long way. Parking on the other hand, they probably need to buy that lot across the street.

Just remember, people across the country are having the same problem with their great local breweries. Lines at Tree House and NEBCO for instance are crazy long, and often people are left without beer after waiting. Ideally, more variety cans available at one release would be nice, and hopefully possible in the future with expansion. I saw on Hoof Hearted's Facebook that they made the same amount of blabe this round as last so no difference in quantity with this release. Just more hype and more people coming out to check out an awesome brewery and awesome beer. Give them a break. They are figuring things out just like we are. I'm sure we will see some adjustments. The parking situation is the biggest problem I see.

Coming from a guy who has never bought more than four 4-packs and sometimes only one, I think they should probably cut the limit down to a half-case. The only downside I can think of is that out of town folks are either going to stop coming because they don't think it's worth it OR they'll bring more mules and fatten up the line. Either way, fine by me, I'll still get there early and at least have a glass or two of something.

Parking is a much trickier problem and as much as I love these canning releases they might just have to put them on pause. When I left around noon there were cars parked along the road as far as I could see in both directions. Unless they quickly buy the lot across the street and gravel it I don't see what exactly can stop the exact same thing (likely worse) from happening next time.

I know they said they weren't going to, but maybe have one or two releases at the brewpub in the meantime. Can it Sunday morning, drive it down and have an evening release!

Hate to keep praising tree house all the time but seems like they have things down to a science. Once you see that the turnout is huge then lower the limits accordingly. Tree house always seems to start limits at 8 and then they back it down to insure everyone waiting in line will have some cans to take home. I still feel that the early birds that get there in the wee hours and wait longer should be rewarded with more beer

Other than brewing beer, the parking is honestly the first thing they should be worried about right now going forward. Not going to be an easy or inexpensive fix either considering the surrounding land is probably priced at a premium and tilled bean/corn fields don't work out real well this time of year. I wish them luck

They really only have two options at this point.

    1. Sell it on BPT. Those who really want the beer should be willing to upgrade their internet speeds to be sure they get some. Head brewer then personally makes home deliveries to everyone who bought some. Complimentary ZJ to the buyer with the highest Time Warner bill.
    2. Turn the place into a drive-thru and nobody is allowed out of their car. The vehicles lined up would then just be traffic instead of illegally-parked cars. Pick up your case, order a draft, then drive to the back of the line to wait for a second case. Then they can figure out how to turn all of those emmissions into a power source and brew off the grid.

They just posted on Facebook that they will be trying a ticket system. I imagine the servers crash on the first sale. Bring on the proxies

I see they are doing a ticket system for next weekends release, as well as cut the limit in half per person. Hopefully that will solve some of the problems encountered yesterday

Link to tickets was posted in a Facebook event on the HH page. Tickets sold out in just about an hour.

I wonder how many people got the tickets and don't plan on going to the release at all. "JUST IN CASE"!

I'm sure it is just trying the system for now. I don't think they're expecting the same crowd. I think it is a good experiment to try the logistic.

The bitching has already begun on their Facebook page. HH gets a bunch of flack yesterday, so they decide to try something new. Now they're bitched at for that. Do people forget they have releases all the time? You miss one? Go to the next one. My God, I can't handle the entitlement in the beer world anymore. These people need to go snag a growler of Bodhi and quit bitching over what amounts to the epitome of a first-world problem.

My favorite is they have time to complain on facebook but no time to get on another site to purchase tickets.

Maybe just drink a beer in general, maybe? Seems people look over all kinds of good stuff just so they can have the latest and greatest.
