Dat's when dat Chicago accent is widely used on my untappds my frents

 

I actually heard this accent in my head while reading this, well done.

 

Lord Octopus seems to be made well, but I just can't deal with beers that are so heavy on the mosaic

 

Drinking a Green Moss right now and 3 weeks ago this was a sticky sweet mess. Today it is straight fire. Almost indistinguishable from Orange Juice. If that's what you expect a hazy IPA to taste like (i kinda do) then this is one of the best I've had.

 

An Italian style pilsner? Nice.

 

With my favorite tasting note.... “hay”.

 

Had Blizzard of 67' on draft tonight, 10% orange juice - really well balanced

 

Not new news, but I had my last can of Galaxy Bowl last night, and it held up really well; maybe even better than fresh.

Kudos to HB for nailing down the stability of these bad boys.

 

Looks like a small batch of Funderbolt , I&G and Crafted are 1pp and 2pp

 

I picked up Funderbolt (I don't think I've ever had those hops before) at Binny's Schaumburg at the desk.

 

folletto is awesome, picked it up at beercellar geneva. heard this was limited so wasnt expecting to grab one. they still had a healthy amount.

 

Haven’t had one of their Sabro beers? The whispers had been that Sabro needs another hop and can’t stand alone. So I’m curious to see how HB pulls off a Sabro only showcase

 

Funderbolt tasted like soda water with some grapefruit & lemon zest.

Interesting, for sure, but about halfway through if felt like I was drinking some hard seltzer or something. Not great!

 

This is actually intriguing to me.

 

didnt even look for funderbolt, not a fan of sabro.

coming up from kentucky on saturday to hunt for hop butcher. any chance lord octopus is still out there?

 

You might get lucky at a Binny's, maybe, but highly doubtful.
