Hop Candy

I've had the Cascade, Saaz and Golding. They sell it at my work. I like the candy. As far as it being sweet…yeah, it's sweet, it's a piece of hard candy. "Cloyingly" is not how I would describe it though. It is about as sweet as any other piece of hard candy. It has a bitterness from the hop oil, which clashes well with the sweetness, making it interesting, in the least. I liked the Cascade the most, but have had no problem with any of the three varieties I tried.
