Hi everyone, I'm making a basic blonde ale and am considering using Willamette at 10 minutes and Cascade at 5 for my finishing hops. Anyone ever used these hops in combination with each other? Do they make good partners? Thank you.
They'll work.. You'll get the flavor from the willamette which will be subtle and then the citrus aroma/flavor from the cascade. The willamette will have a floral, earthy.. kind of light woody profile to it. I think you are fine.
