    Hi
I have been brewing with pallet hop but I could only get a cone hop for my next brew. It is a flavoring hop. Should I adjust to a 1 for 1? 1 oz of pellet flavoring can be substitute for 1 oz cone hop?
    Thanks
    Matt

If it is the same whole cone hops as what you would normally use as a substitute but typically you need more whole cones to get the same affect as pellets.

If you use any kind of software (Brewcipher is a free excel workbook), you should be able to input the AA% of your whole cones hops and get the IBUs to match.
