Does anyone know of a hop scale from lowest to highest IBU? And/or a hop scale from low to high IBU plus semi floral to very floral?
I googled it a bit and couldn't find anything very consistent with out organizing pre-existing charts on my own.

And by IBU, you meant Alpha Acids. That's what gives beer the bitterness. IBU's are a very general guide to how bitter a beer is. It's not regulated by an authority like ABV, and there are different theories to calculate perceived IBU's. Generally speaking the higher the alpha acid, the more IBU's the hop will contribute, but length of the hop boil and gravity of the wort are contributing factors.

Thanks! Next time I'm looking for alphabetical order I will look here.
I was trying to skip making my own graph.
