Hop Juice Fest

The Two Brothers sour was Hoodwink. The Redeye was fantastic. Honestly, all of the guest taps were pretty awesome. New Belgiums Felix was amazing as well.
It was a great event. Had so many tickets and beers just given to me, that I had a stack of tickets come home with me.

 

Destihl was awesome, but Nevin's DIPA (with Guava?) was a pleasant surprise. I had a buddy grab me a few VIP beers he came out with Red Eye and Hoppy Sour. They were both fantastic. I'm kinda glad i cellared a bottle of red eye.

 

I went Sunday with the family and had both Hopcentric and Hop Black. Both ok, I think they need to redo Hopcentric as it has fallen to average for a dipa since they first brewed (not sure if recipe or just it's not as good as so many other dipa's that have come around in the past 4-5 years?). I like that they went to the 6 packs of Hopcentric though. I might actually buy 1, 6 pack now.

 

Gonna be distro'ed? is HopBlack available for purchase at brewery?

 

Hop Juice was has been distro'd in past, and I would say it's a safe bet it will be in stores any day now. They still were selling Hop Black at the To Go Tent yesterday around 3:30pm, and I don't believe that has gone to distro before?
