So i have some hops growing in my backyard, I am planning on using them just to infuse with my beer do i need to wash them before using them? Can I store them for a couple weeks?

I would recommend drying them, vacuum seal or ziplock, and put them in the freezer if you want to use them later.

I am planning on a Wet Harvest IPA. Not going to clean them at all.
    .5 ounce Magnum pellets @ 60 min
Shit ton freshly picked wet hops @ 10 5 and KO.
Probably close to 2 pounds or more.

    Going to dry the rest.

    No washing!

If you want to wet hop, use them straight off the vines. Any bugs in them are just extra flavor! Delicious.

Then, all the leftovers you just dry out, and store like you would any store bought hop.
