Hop Ranch in upstate NY?

I am hearing that it will finally happen next week, fingers crossed. Hoping others can provide some more specifics. Our shelves are definitely ready for it - DirtWolf still seems to sell out within a few days every time it comes in.

 

Hop Ranch was at Oliver's today.

 

Nada in the Utica area. We are always a week or so behind Syracuse%2C Albany etc.

 

@BadJustin None to speak of in Syracuse as of yet...

 

Picked up a 4 pack at Westmere in Albany today a decent beer but something I'll not go out of my way to get again to many other great IPA out there IMO.

 

Beer World in Kingston had some as of Friday.

 

It's in Rochester at the usual spots.

 

Hoosick Street beverage in Troy has it, suppose I'll be picking some up. Dirtwolf was good enough to warrant purchasing all future new releases from Victory.

 

It came to Rochester, as stated above. I bought a 4 pk at AJ's, they have a 4 bottle limit on it currently, they're running a bit low.

 

Its been sighted in Syracuse....But only due to the kindness of fellow Ba'er @IPAIsaac who happens to reside in Downington; Thanks Isaac!

Hopefully we will see it on our shelves in more quantity soon and with as much frequency as we do Victory's other offerings.

 

I have to say that I have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of Hop Ranch in Syracuse and knowing that it is on the shelf in Rochester is making it even more difficult.

 

What are they charging for a four pack? I heard $15.99 at a Total Wine down here in VA, which is absurd given the $8.49 price for DirtWolf at the same store.

 

Hop Ranch is the same price as DirtWolf in Rochester. Really surprised to see that they're limiting people to a single 4 pack now, I bought a bunch yesterday.

 

Had my first one tonight and all that I can say is WOW. I thought that Dirt Wolf was a revelation in Double IPA's (relative to other Tier 1 East Coast DIPA's like Heady) but I am even more impressed with Hop Ranch. To my pallate, it tastes like a softer and subtler version of DW with a splash of white grape juice; just awesome! I feel incredibly spoiled and fortunate to be able to get such good beer at roughly $10/ 4 pack. Great beer from a great company at a great price point, Bravo!

FYI Party Source only got a case; there were 5 packs left when I was there at 5:30pm today. I didn't get any, you're all welcome

 

Only a case? We got hosed on the DW allotment as well.

 

Yeah, fortunately when DW hit I saw it at a few places (Party Source, D&L in Auburn as well as the Auburn Wegmans). I would hope Hop Ranch gets similar saturation but I can say one thing with certainty: get it when you see it! @$9.49! /4-pack, it's a steal.
