You want to get rhizomes, not seeds. Hops are all clones of a female plant selected for agronomics and brewing character. With a seed you have a different male hops DNA, so you get a new hop variety. Rhizomes are sold in the early spring. You might find some at a homebrew shop, but don't expect much planting this late, and the rhizomes might be a little weak.
