Hopkin's Tavern changing name and major changes

    And of relevance here is shifting more toward craft beer.

    This is owned by the same people who own Stanley's and if they can get anywhere near that in downtown Hopkins, that would be a great step forward for this town. Also, even though they are changing their name to Pub 819, they recently asked locals to vote on the name and one of the suggested names to vote from was HOPhouse, which would seem to be as much of a nod toward bringing in more craft beer, as it is a nod toward the town of Hopkins. Although I am sure that the transition on the selection may be slow at first, I have faith that it will sell.

    I'm good with that. I bowl (poorly) at Tuttle's and live reasonably close to Hopkins. Having more options over there is a good thing.
