My buddy is cooking a turkey breast and a prime rib, I bought a ridiculous assortment of cheeses, got a La Fin du Monde, TJs Anniversary brew, Everybodys Imaginary Friend, Breakside La Torrienta, a few random Sleeman brews that were a recent gift, and a few Field 41s to take over. Happy day everybody. Cheers!

We're mostly drinking wine here (nouveau Beaujolais), but I'm going to crack open a bottle of Troegs Mad Elf for dessert. Got to keep the yearly tradition alive.

Sounds like a fun time up your way Terry. Happy/Hoppy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving all, I've pulled a 2015 Coffee KDS, a 2014 Sucaba, and a 2015 Tough Love. We'll see what we get into, so far it has just been regular ol' coffee, cheers!

I'm in Nebraska drinking Founders, Surly, Toppling Goliath and some local distro fresh hops. It's a good day.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

Yep, happy turkey day to the BA community. Glad I found you all this year.

I'll have to wait until I get home to break into the cellar, but found a bottle of Oakmeal I'm going to try at dinner today.

Cheers and best wishes to you all!

Reuben's Holiday Gose has been the perfect beer for this Thanksgiving. Time for wine, then it may get back to some beer for desert. Cheers!

I'm making slow work of the bottle of Bruery Share This (Móle version) I opened last night. It's a nice sipper while cooking. I suspect that the bottle of Block 15 Figgy Pudding I've stashed in the fridge will not last the evening.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and those you care about. Cheers!

So far we've had a Boundary Bay Cabin Fever & Brett Whiskey Cabin Fever (thanks Terry) as well as a Bruery Chocolate Rain. L'Ecole 41 at dinner but this is a beer site.

I have my last Cowiche Canyon bomber for the arrival of people, a 2013 Cascade Sang Rouge for appetizers, a 2014 Cascade Pumpkin Smash for dinner, and a 2014 B-bomb for dessert. I'll be asleep (and snoring loudly on the couch) before the family finishes watching Elf after dinner.

Here at chez Abbey, on what has been a quiet and somber holiday, coffee, water, and (non-alcoholic) cider have so far gone down the gullet. But a Brew 1000 awaits, and will surely prove one of the many things I have to be thankful for.

In that vein, I'd like to extend my gratitude and best wishes to the members of this forum. Yes, we fight and irritate each other from time to time, but on the whole this place stands out, in stark contrast to so many swaths of the virtual world, for its bonhomie and synergy. There's an uncommon amount of mutual respect here, and no shortage of helping hands. Nothing's Rare in our neck of the woods, of course. But this is.

    Cheers! And thank you...

Nebraska only gets the Florida TG stuff. Gotta cross into Iowa for the bombers.

With that said, psuedoSue cans are still good.

I am visiting Philly to see family and brought KDS Spice Wars and The Lamb with me. Also snagged a Stone Best By 12/25 Unfiltered (this bottle brewed @ their new VA plant!) and a DFH World-Wide Stout while out here. Fam had already picked up some Mad Elf before I arrived (which I had never tried). All in all, a pretty good day.

Before flying out, I ran into some Cowiche 6-packs still hanging around in Spokane retail, so I'll have that to enjoy when I get back. The last can I had a week or so ago still tasted mighty fine.

I also have a bottle, and want to know how this is.
