Gumballhead and lil sumpin sumpin stand out for me, but dancing man from New Glarus is great too. Less hoppy, more balanced.

I've said this exact thing to more than one other person.

It's that good! Great work!! Definitely helps it's really fresh. At least I assume it was, though there didn't appear to be a canning date on it.

I'ma throw Sierra Nevada Old Chico in there as a good one too. Moderately hoppy, light and clean.

Thanks! The 'best by' date is a sticker on the four pack holder, although not all of them have it because we just started doing it a few weeks ago. But yeah, it'd be tough to find Fortunate Islands that isn't pretty fresh right now.

This is a superb beer. Plus I think it's 4.5% so you can really have a good session with it.

JK / Mikkeller Drinkin' in the Sunbelt is fabulous. Also ditto the love for 80 acre. As someone who does not like the banana/clove taste profile of a hefe, the hoppy wheat beer is the better choice for a reliable session beer. Lil' Sumpin Sumpin is nice too, but it is not as drinkable.

Heard no mention of Galaxy Unicorn I'm gonna say that it really stood out to me I liked other hoppy wheats but I loved that one.

Two Brothers - Night Cat is a pretty good hoppy wheat beer.

I love Chainbreaker...on tap better than bottle. One of my favorite beers at the moment.

Just acquired this in a trade from a fellow BA in San Diego. This is a killer brew that I really wish was readily available in NY. One of the best Wheat IPA'S I have ever had for sure!

I figured a question as obviously humorous as that one wouldn't get an answer. Should have used a smiley instead... #onlinesarcasmcondom

I'm not sure if they make it anymore, but New England Alpha Weizen was always a favorite of mine. Other than that I would go with Southern Tier Hop Sun, and Boulevard 80 Acre. I'm not a fan of the hop character of Little Sumpin Sumpin, but thats just me with most Lagunitas beers.

Lil' Sumpin Sumpin is probably the benchmark for the style. I'd also recommend checking out hopped weizenbocks such as Schneider/Brooklyn Hopfen-Weisse and Schneider Nelson Sauvin.
