Austin Home Brew Supply has some rhizomes at the bottom of one of their hop coolers. I ordered mine from Great Lakes Hops since I like the idea of using a crown which has near 100% vitality rate vs taking the gamble the the rhizome never establishes.
I ordered the rhizomes a few years ago online, and each year I've had a huge crop of cascade. Aside from giving me great hops to dry hop/Randall with, I think they look great as a decorative vine on our patio rail! I'm not sure about any place in San Antonio that sells them, but you might check with Homebrew Party. Good luck!

There are only two homebrew stores in SA and I can't recall them ever having rhizomes. Your best bet is probably online. Also keep in mine it takes 3 years for them to become fully established.
