Lately, I've been seeing a lot of great deals on hops through Label Peelers. As much as $10 or more off per pound. I've never ordered through them before and was wondering for those that have, what has been your experience? Is the quality there? Is it comparable to other reputable providers?

I've ordered bulk hops and hops by-the-ounce for the year from them before. Honestly, they are about the same. Packaged, shipped, tracked, and speed comparable to others. If the price is right, I'd go for it.

This is the timeframe when hops from the 2014 harvest commonly become available to homebrewers. If Label Peelers are offering deep discounts right now I would guess they are trying to sell off their 2013 vintage hops.

    Cheers!

Edit: Please ignore my guess above; Label Peelers are selling pre-order hops at discount: http://labelpeelers.com/pre-order-hops-2014/

LP is located just down the road from Carlson which is why they feature so much of their products.
Their stuff is fresh and it's a reputable o-LHBS.

I bought several pounds of hops from them and was completely satisfied.

All the hops I have purchased from them were great quality and very affordable. Recommended!

    Cheers!
