    I will back this up. I have not purchased it the past 2 or 3 years, but previous to that, I never got much aroma from it.

    The honey is what eliminates the hop "nose", but there are a ton of hops in this beer.

    Can you explain this? How does honey eliminate the aroma of hops? I've personally brewed IPAs that included honey that had far more aroma than the Hopslam I've had.

    Hopslam wasn't as good as last or the previous year or the previous year. Kidding

    I actually think this years was better than what I remember from last year. I just don't think it's that great of a beer. There so many more IPA's out there that are just as good and better. It's not the same style, but I'll take Nugget Nectar every single time.

    Im not a big IPA guy but had some hopslam last night. I actually enjoyed it, it is really easy drinking for a 10% ipa. I just don't get where they can call it hopslam, I was expecting to taste a ton of hops.
