HopSlam availability - SEPA

I just got one at the fooderie in Philly. $5.50 a bottle, limit one bottle per customer (kind of crazy). I'm drinking it now, and it is nowhere close to most of the beers people compare it to. I also feel like it tastes a little worse every year.

That being said, it's still really good. Overrated, but really good.

 

My original purchase of Hopslam was for $5.50 per bottle, which I thought was high. I walk into a shop today not expecting to see HS, much to my surprise I see it there for $4.89, weird price. Not a huge difference but the higher price was in the Lehigh Valley and lower price in Lansdale. Opposite of what I would have thought.

Then I was in Wegmans in Bethlehem for dinner and they had 6-packs, $23.99. Not sure how many were left. At least 5 on the shelf remaining when I walked out.

 

Phillytapfinder site says Hopslam tappings have begun, although it doesn't actually show up anywhere yet.

 

A while ago I emailed a place in PA and asked them to let me know if they can get a case. They got one and said they'd hold it for me, but I'm probably not able to get it. Message me if you're interested and I'll tell you the place and you can call and see if they still have it.

 

The Fridge in Lancaster is tapping Hopslam tomorrow. They're closing at 5pm.

So, is this around anywhere in Philly or is anyone willing to part with a few / sixer (BM me). I lost out on Shangy's this year, but some BAs on here may remember me from my trip last year after which I was able to sell a few mix and match cases of Sucks, NN and HS...
