Messy yes, but I feel left out that my store didn't do it. I love the smell of hops.

 

Bogus markup to $19.99 at that store too. Will be buying elsewhere.

 

Negative. It was the Friar Tuck's! They both have the same distributor though - Orange & Blue. Apparently it was their idea. EDIT: No, they weren't defying gravity, my photos seem to go sideways when posting from my phone. Also, I have the 1/4/17 batch. Definitely more sweet forward than bitter, which I like personally.

 

Bought 4 cases in NE Ohio today. They have plenty. No limits.

 

Had a can Monday night. Found it very bitter and malty-sweet when cold. As it warmed up it became very floral. I enjoyed it after it warmed a bit.

 

Why?

 

He probably means six packs. Right? Right?

 

Yeah but what are they charging for it...their prices have been creeping over the past year or so.

 

They actually had the best bottle shop price I saw locally - 19.99. Of course that's higher then Meijer/Holiday, and any number of other places. But the other two bottle shops I saw it in Clarkston/Waterford were $21/22 and $22/23.

 

Anyone seeing good pricing anywhere in Indy? Crown wants $19.99 and Big Red is $18.99 I believe. Crown wants $68 for a case which is $17/six but don't think I want a full case, probably just 12. Wondering if any of the grocery stores have it at a better price.

 

There were still a bunch of cases of it at Binny's LP last night. $16.99 IIRC. They are off to the side rather than in or at the end of the aisles.

 

Binnys Highland Park still had plenty this morning. $17.99, no limit.

Just picked two six-packs @ Jewel in Frankfort for 16.99 each.

Packs were on an endcap. About 10 or so left on the shelf - couldn't find anyone in Liquor to lmk if they had more....

 

Not sure if I'm behind the ball on this sighting, but I've just started seeing it pop up in various places in the NWI region.

 

Saw it on display at the big Whole Foods in Lincoln Park today. $17.99. It wasn't flying away but there were a number of people with it in their cart.

 

Jewel in RF had about 6 cases sitting at the end of the aisle. Picked up one sixer for 16.99. I'm kind of amazed at how much of this seems to be floating around.
