Looks like they etched off the Duvel name and put on a Hopslam logo. :grimacing:

Thanks! Ordered. Gotta have proper glassware, or it just won't taste as good :stuck_out_tongue:

If the glass pictured is the actual glass, then it is no where near the shape and size of the standard Duvel glass. This is the same shape glass everyone has been using lately. It is a Libby 3808 Belgian Beer Glass. If you ask me these glasses are fugly. I think they are coming into favor due to cost and durability.

I wouldn't exactly say it's "no where near the shape and size of the standard Duvel". I could see your point if you're comparing a pilsner glass to a tulip. But, these are pretty close. Also, your Libby example does look extremely close but not a perfect match, unless it's the lighting. The lip on the Hopslam glass looks much more pronounced.

As someone whom is very familiar with glassware. It is most definitely the Libby. And if you were to put it side by side with the Duvel, you would see just how different they are. Also the Duvel is much larger.

Yeah I agree. It seems like every brewery is using this glass now. I don't care for them. I'd like to see more variety. I still buy them but they are starting to get to the point of pint glasses. Too plain and uniform.

I don't like how short, fat, and clunky this glass style is. I have a Founders and Half Acre tulip like this. I like my tulips wider and more thin walled. That said, I'm still eagerly awaiting the arrival of this.

Whoa, more polish brew. Euro pils but not skunked despite the green bottle. And here we are.

Ordered on Monday, arrived today. Nice and sturdy glass. It doesn't feel like it's going to crumble into pieces when you wash it either. No Hopslam to drink out of it yet, but so far a Sweet Baby Jesus and BCBS have tasted just fine from it.

Not that I wanted this glass, however, it is sold out as of now.
