Curious to know if there's any play with how much the hot break (and the cold break) can impact the body/feel of the beer. I've had a few Tree House beers this week, and they really do have a different mouthfeel from so many other IPAs I've tried. I've begun to wonder if this could be a factor that plays into both the haziness and feel of the beer. The discussion for them always seems to be around yeast or hops schedules, but I've never seen any mention of hot break/cold break. Wondering if a lighter boil would benefit a beer at all... my boil is usually raging. Would love info from more seasoned brewers on this subject. Cheers!
