Do they still do batch numbers or have they switched to bottle dates? Anyone know what they last batches brewed were? Couldn't find any info on it. The website only goes up to a couple years back in batches.

    Thanks and cheers!

I may be wrong but I know the Cherry Adam from the Wood release just said 2016

I'm pretty sure Fred and Adam are by batch, and everything else is by year. Not sure what the current batches are though.

Emailed Alan about this same question. He said that Adam 94 and Fred 95 were both bottled last month.

Fred and Adam have batch numbers on the front label, whereas the "From the wood" (cherry adam) has year made on the front label.

Edit: To clarify, the dates and batch numbers are incorporated in the label design, not stamped.

Just got a case of batch 94 and it's really hoppy and dry. Never had a fresh batch before but didn't expect this at all. I've had many vintages but never fresh.

Is this normal for fresh batches to be really hoppy or is this batch off? Tried to contact the brewery to inquire but there is no email address. Kindly posted on their facebook page but didn't really get a lot of help.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that thought 94 was overly hopped

One of my favorite beers period and was stoked to find a retailer that would ship to me. Now I'm super bummed that I just wasted $170 on Adam Pale Ale... Hopefully it will fade over time and will age well like all the other batches I've had.
