Whole Foods Post Oak would be really easy... they have their own brewery and also guest taps.... some pretty good food.. and the grocery store has a really good craft bottle selection.

If you go to Hay Merchant I'd certainly take an Uber as parking there is sometimes difficult. Its a great craft bar though with very good food.
