Houston area - stores that sell single bottles/cans

    I did a search and wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for on this topic, so I thought I'd throw this out to the board for help. I'll be back visiting my old home in the Houston 'burbs for the week of Thanksgiving, and I haven't been back in years. Can anyone recommend a shop that sells single bottles or offers a mix-6-pack option so that I can try a variety of different stuff while there? I suspect some of the HEB or Krogers stores might now do this, but would love to find a bottleshop with a quality selection.

    Ideally I'd be looking for something in the Northern suburbs (bouncing around between Humble, The Woodlands, Tomball, and a few other places), but I will have a car and might have time to travel further inside the Loop if necessary. Thanks for your help!

    If not wanting to go downtown then Total Wine in WillowBrook as a pretty decent by the bottle selection. If you are willing to drive D & Q Mini Mart sells almost everything the get in singles

    If you can make it to D&Q on Thanksgiving AM, he has been known to throw out some limited release bottles.
