I'll be in Houston next weekend and will have a chance to check out a brewery or two. What are the best breweries to check out that have taprooms?

Wow, thanks! So if it doesn't say "by pint" or "tastings," I can assume there is no beer to be had on premises?

Never mind... I missed the taproom column, which I guess would indicate they do serve beer. Looking at this on an iPad.

I would definitely recommend going to Karbach. Weather looks like it will be perfect and they should have 2 of their barrel aged beers on tap as well

Yeah, that spreadsheet is great. Can't go wrong with hanging out at Karbach, Saint Arnold, or any of the other handful of breweries around.

Next weekend, March 7, Saint Arnold is doing their Pub Night. At 5 they open the tasting room up as a bar. They will have some small bar bites to eat, and from their website, some Bishops Barrel for sale (on premise), and usually some good cask offerings. SA also does lunch in the afternoon Monday-Friday. If you have the time on Friday, I highly recommend that. Lunches are always excellent there.

Thanks for the heads up about lunches. I will go through and verify all of the Houston breweries tonight.

And I just went through and updated all of Houston's breweries. Only a couple minor changes.
