Going to the Texans game 11/2. I am looking for suggestions for Sat and Sun after the game. I will need to take a taxi as i do not have wheels. I'd like to tour St Arnolds. Any suggestions.

    thanks

If you are staying anywhere between the stadium and downtown, there is a ton of stuff to do via the Light Rail. You can even take the light rail to within walking distance of Saint Arnold's. Would also suggest the Flying Saucer at the corner of Main and Capitol.

Saint Arnold tour is very cool...but I am biased. I will worn you though that it's very busy on Saturdays, however always a good time. We currently have BB7 on tap along with some Divine Reserve bottles for sale as well.

All depends where you're staying but downtown Flying Saucer is a good bet. If the weather is cool, moontower inn (east downtown) or petrol station (northwest of downtown maybe 10-15 mins in a car) are bars with great, huge backyards and plenty of beer. Hay Merchant is awesome too, has a nice patio

Flying Saucer is right off the only active light rail in the city which also goes to reliant so it could be a good choice post game. And Sunday texas pints are $3 there.

Also download uber and use it over cabs. Cheaper and better than houston cabs

Pretty much dont walk to SA or Moontower not the best areas to walk through. Both are worth the Uber ride over

Echoing @TTUJohn and @UHCougar12. Uber is here now.

I hate to plug but gotta help out the out-of-towners. Check out http://goodbeerhouston.com/ - has a directory of craft beer bars/restaurants per Houston neighborhood/area. Also bottle shops, growler fills and brewery info. But really, I'd just hit up Saint Arnold for that BB7 on tap and DR bottles.

Also on that same light rail is Mongoose v Cobra, and that's an easy recommendation as well.

Since you are pretty close to the light rail I would hit Mongoose v. Cobra and Flying Saucer.
