Karbach stuff is gonna be the main bottle/cans you cant get I believe. I think Hop delusion is being released this week and it is awesome. On tap theres 8th wonder, Lonepint, and buffalo bayou (not entirely sure you don't get these but I don't think Austin does...). I could hook you up with some delicious BB Hellfighter if you bring me some Austin goodies!

Houstonians: If you like DIPAs, definitely get somebody to bring you Double Jack. Awwwww yeah. I'm sure that Lutter would suggest some Hops and Grain, too (I just had Zoe, and it was great!). If you like BIPAs, request some Wookie Jack! FSW kicks total ass. Those are my favorite beers in their categories, respectively.
That's a good part of town to be in. You're a rail ride away from Flying Saucer. And a quick car ride to many other good pubs I'm sure others can list. And D&Q of course. Then you can hit Spec's downtown for giggles.
