That looks amazing, thanks again Todd!

On the clarification front, I think the use of the prefix should mean that the trade will happen within that regions borders. If it meant that only one side of the trade originated in the prefix region, it'll likely just end up being a forum full of Americans asking for Belgian lambics (both from Canada and Europe) which I think is the opposite of what we want. I'd change the ISO:FT (Unites States) simply back to ISO:FT (Beer Only) and allow it to function as it has in the past.

Maybe a couple examples to clear things up:

If a Canadian uses the "Canada" prefix, it would mean they're looking for a trade partner within the country (as to avoid border hassles).
If an American uses the "Canada" prefix, it would mean they'll be visiting Canada and/or have a shipping address in Canada where they'll send/receive the beer.
If a German uses the "Germany" prefix, it means they're looking for a trade within German borders.
If a German were to use the "Europe" prefix, they would be opening themselves up to a trade with any European nation.

And to your final point, I don't think you'll ever need to add provinces/territories to the trade forum. Cheers!

@Beervana: So if I'm reading this correctly, International should be renamed Intranational and United States returned to general beer only. Otherwise International will be overrun with Americans; in fact the first post in International is from an American.

Correct. Though I think the new forum should technically be renamed the ISO:FT (Non-US Intra-regional Beer Only) forum.

I think that first post would be better suited to remain in the former "ISO:FT (Beer Only)" forum. Us international folk will still browse the "ISO:FT (Beer Only)" when we do want to do our cross border trades with Americans.

Thanks for the clarification, @Beervana. The update has been made, and we can of course continue to tweak things as needed.

I agree with the other Euros in this thread. I think the old approach/layout works pretty well for us as we generally aren't that active relative to the US/Canada members on here. Because of the high cost of shipping I don't think we're scouring the forums on a daily basis but tend to go on there if we're looking for something in particular or have stuff to offload that will be of interest to others.

International IP thread is a great idea.

Could I have a way of having a default filter set to Canada for the International forum? I am never interested in the other prefixed items, and I have to select the prefix every time I open the forum. Having it default to a preference would make it much more pleasant to work in.
