    I'd imagine it goes very well with a beer that features honey. I haven't had any beers with chamomile yet, but have had chamomile meads that were fantastic.

    I think Great Lakes has - or has had - chamomile as part of the spice mix in their Christmas Ale. I dig it.

    Not a fan of chamomile tea but I would try it in a beer out of curiosity.

    I loved Scary Jesus, so I was really excited to try Spectra Trifecta last night. Well, I thought it was absolutely putrid. The chamomile came through nicely in the aroma, but it tasted horrible. I'd venture to guess that mixing club soda with cheap hand soap would provide a close approximation, minus the alcohol. It did take the edge off of my chipotle/sriracha/jalepeno burger, so I guess it's got that going for it.

    I do not like flower adjuncts. Hibiscus, rose hips, chamomile...all of it can go to hell
