How does 6 month old Hopslam taste?

    Didn't feel like reading every post in this thread so maybe this has already been pointed out but according to bells hopslam has a shelf life of 6 months. Sidebar, I drank a 1 yr + old zd the other day, freaking nasty. straight soapy water.

    may as well just keep it for another 2 or so years until all the hops fall off and youve got yourself a malt slam!

    After MANY attempts with this beer, I'll tell you that you're at the (IMHO) peak of flavor for this beer. I think your English IPA assertion is dead-on and probably why I like it so much right now. In a couple weeks, you'll want to send it down the drain, though.
