I'm a big fan of ****. Family, guitars and beer are pretty cool too though.

CDs are still being made? My mind is blown. I had no idea. After Spotify, iTunes and torrents picked up a few years ago, I didn't know any one bought physical CDs any more. I've been using Spotify since 2011 and download anything I want.

I love music, movies, TV shows and games, but the majority of my extra money is for beer.

Used to be my #1 priority 2 years and 20lbs ago..now, not so much. I yearn to go back to the days when beer was something I would pick up a 6 pack of, for the weekend to have with hot wings in the company of good friends. When I was skeptical of any bomber that was priced over $7. When I could be content knocking a pint or two of SA or SN, and not necessarily seek out the uber-fresh-double-imperial-whatever-flavor-of-the-month...

Drinking good beer is essential to life - just like eating good food and breathing clean air.

I guess that's nicer than saying, "That's not beer. That's carbonated piss. Your 'beverage' selection and your restaurant fucking suck."

I think I used to laugh when they'd say that. But I've matured since then.

Beer ranks just below coffee. I cannot live without coffee on a daily basis. I can live without beer on a daily basis.

Eh, call me old-fashioned I guess. I like owning a physical copy of my music. Cover art, the album jacket...all that stuff you can't get with mp3s. And mp3s never feel like you own an album, they're like you own some of the band's music, a la carte.

Tough question to answer, as I don't feel like its apples to apples. I can enjoy beer for a couple dollars a day with little to no time involvement, whereas a trip to the golf course might run 50 bucks or more and consume the entire day. If I were to add up my total beer expenditures for the year (this is actually my new years resolution), I think beer would rank as my most expensive hobby, but only because I don't have enough time to play golf as much as I would like.

Short story long, the pictures in the OP do not represent me, but cutting beer out of my life would really take a bite out of my overall happiness.

For me it isn't something I could rank in importance as it just adds a little something to most of the things I do. My wife/girlfriend and I typically have a beer (sometimes two) each night either out or at home to unwind a little and dissect/review the day. She, like me is into IPA's and we often compare what we are drinking with what we've had before. We also have a house at a lake and we do a lot of boating with friends and there is always beer (and a driver, so don't bust me on this). We also cook and entertain, and I play golf and darts which both go well enough with beer.
I would say that beer is important to our activities but can always be left behind or done without if necessary, even though we would both say that we're fanatical about what beers we drink.

Beer isn't super important, but I've found myself choosing certain restaurants and bars over other places due to the tap/bottle list lately. I could live without it, but I at least enjoy going out a couple times a week and finding bottles/sixers, as well as drink at least one beer a day.

Shows, movies, photography and traveling all take a much larger role in my life than beer.

You should be buying records if you're in it for a physical thing, my man.

Well, hobby interest levels are not fixed, so subject to change, but over the past year or two, I'd say it's been one of my top 5.

Other than obvious ones that come first like religion, family, friends, job, girl friend (if I got one at the time ) beer plays a huge part in my life. It's my love, passion, number one hobby and I'd love to have career in in one day. And much of my disposable income goes to it.
Put it this way. I don't have a face book or any other social networks. BA is my social network and I'm on it many many times a day

While it is it's own hobby, I much prefer to mix my beer interest with my other hobbies. Thus I bring beer when I backpack, hit up beer towns on my backpacking trips, take beer skiing, etc. I also brew. I'd say this is my least prominent hobby but due to how much I mix it in with the others, it's pretty important to me.

Beer has health benefits (in moderation).
Water has health benefits (if you're not...you know...drowning).
    What good is soda?
