How Hoppy is Too Hoppy?

    I stinkin love a killer hop bomb. Resin and Palate Wrecker both receive high ratings over here. However, my palate must flinch at specific hop varieties and/or combinations in particular. Avery IPA, Hop Stoopid, and Double Simcoe all register unpleasant "onion bomb" with me. To each their own. Cheers!
