I opened a 10 recently. Hadn't fallen off nearly as much as I expected. Had lost some mouth feel, but still tasted good for a 6+ year old beer

I thought XV went from good to awesome over the course of a year. I wasn't a huge fan of the interplay between the hops and the rest of the blend. After a year had passed and the hoppiness faded, the beer was amazing, one of my very favorites of all time.

I haven't had XIV in almost a year now, but when I cracked it then it was still excellent. I will hopefully get to my last bottle before the end of the year.

Completely agree on the XV. Thought it was way too hot fresh, and was amazed at how much better it was after a year. Also had the XIII about 6 months ago and thought it was holding up very well. Might have just started falling off, but not too noticeably for my taste buds as it was still my favorite FW anniversary beer.
