Havent had Side Projects Fuzzy yet and I am thinking about trading for a bottle.

Was curious how Fuzzy is drinking lately. Has anyone drank Fuzzy when it was fresh and again with in the last 3 months? If so, how much peach is left in fuzzy and what is different now compared to when fuzzy was fresh?

Thanks for any input that you can provide! Cheers!

Haven't had one since fresh, but I can give you that perspective. When fresh, it was very, very sour and I, personally, had a hard time finding the peaches in it. It leaned a touch toward the acidic side as well. In my opinion, it was perfect for those with a super-sour tilt.

I know they sold some for on premise consumption at the cellar last week, maybe one of those folks that had it will chime. Or perhaps I should just open one of mine for "research"

Is a new batch coming soon? I seem to recall a picture of peaches on their instagram awhile back

Interesting. It was my understanding that La Fosse was extremely sour compared to Fuzzy and Fuzzy had more fruit presence. I have had La Fosse and I thought it was really sour without much fruit presence. If both these premise are true... What the difference between La Fosse and Fuzzy... Just trying to take what I have drank to get some type of rough idea...

Fuzzy is peaches, La Fosse is Apricots - but fresh, they were both pretty similar. Now that Fuzzy has some age on it and La Fosse is 6 months deep, they've both mellowed a bit and aren't quite as lactic.

Just my opinion. I was unable to get La Fosse, so I can't compare, I just know that Fuzzy was so sour when fresh.
